I traveled again to Germany in April, visited my mom, and looked after our house. It was warm and in the valley and spring was coming. But there was still plenty of snow on Zugspitze, Germany's highest mountain, and I went skiing for two days. There was plenty of fresh powder, in particular in "Little Canada," located in a hidden part of the resort. It takes some walking to get there, but the awards are stunning views, untracked snow, and no crowds.
